Making waves in the NFT space

Heading into 2022, the crypto market was full of FUDs, but none of that deterred us from our conviction to continue on and build out the future of the Solana NFT space. During hard times like these, we keep our heads down and focus on what’s important — building and enhancing our core products to bring you best NFT platform out there. That said, let’s take a look at what we’ve done!

Over the past few months, we’ve crossed a number of landmark milestones in our journey insofar, here are some key highlights:

• Ethereum x Solana Wormhole: We’ve successfully brought a Pudgy Penguin, the cutest NFT on ETH, onto Solana / LIQNFT via the Wormhole inter-chain solution and fractionalized it! Our users can now get the best of both worlds in one place and own a piece of this ETH NFT legacy at a fraction of the cost. Details here.
• First Serialized Vault on Solana — LIQ’s Voyage: We’ve finally launched our first serialized NFT in collaboration with Taiwanese digital artist Coco Tong. The artwork series follows the adventure of LIQ the SolPunk as she journeys through blockchains and metaverses. SolanaLand is in-itself a metaverse concept that maps each serialized NFT to a unique space within the SolanaLand world — check out the awesome roadmap here.
• Utility for the Ownership Tokens (OT): Holders of fractionalized NFTs can now showcase their OT collections in their SolanaLand space by owning 10 or more tokens of a given NFT collection — if an owner holds at least 10 OT, then a pixelated guest may soon visit!
• Profile & Account: LIQNFT now supports user profile setup (incl. profile pic, user name, email as well as a slogan), these will all be changeable when you visit your “My Collection” page now — this is instrumental to our ambition to bring you physical goods later that are linked to your NFTs!
